Sev-1 paged within 60 seconds

24/7 on-call rotation, severity-graded alert routing, redundant pagers across two providers. Sev-1 is anything that breaks signing a chart, charging a card, or sending a message.

Communicate

Live updates every 30 minutes

Status page updated at least every 30 minutes during a Sev-1 / Sev-2. Customers on Group plans are notified by email and Slack. The audit log captures the impact for any visit affected.

For any incident over 15 minutes of customer-facing impact, we publish a written post-mortem at status.vetch.vet — root cause, timeline, what we are changing.
