Labs

Two-way: orders fly out from the SOAP, results land back in the chart with abnormal values flagged. Vetch routes follow-ups for anything outside reference range.

Pharmacy

Cubex, Vetcove, Covetrus

Dispense from inventory the moment the SOAP is signed. Cubex pulls track to the patient, the visit, and the DEA log. Reorder thresholds run on real usage.

Payments

Stripe, card-on-file, plans

Tokenized cards on file, ACH, payment plans, and surcharge rules. Refunds and disputes thread back to the original visit. Vetch pauses charges over your sign-off threshold.

Calendar

Google, Apple, Outlook

Two-way per-doctor sync. Block off your kid's soccer game on your phone, the slot disappears from the schedule. No double-bookings, no manual mirroring.

Comms

Twilio SMS, voicemail, SendGrid

Outbound SMS, MMS, and voicemail through your own Twilio numbers. Inbound replies thread to the patient automatically and route to the unified inbox.

Integrations are the easiest way to leak data, so we treat them with the same care as the chart. Credentials live in an isolated vault. Every call is signed, scoped to the minimum it needs, and recorded — including the response.
